7:30 - 10:30am Monday through Friday 

PM Session:
12:00 - 3:45pm Monday through Thursday

Student Fees:

Students are expected to pay an annual program fee, as well as purchase equipment and clothing for personal use. Instructors work with business and industry partners to offer the best possible price on materials and equipment. Each program's fees will be available at orientation in May. Warren Tech works closely with students who demonstrate financial need.

  • 3 distinct programs of study: Art for Games & Film, Gameplay Design & Story, Programming for Games & Realtime Systems
  • Industry standard languages and software: Maya (3-D Modeling), Houdini (3-D SFX), ZBrush (digital sculpting), Adobe CC suite, C++, C#, Swift, Unreal Engine, Unity 3-D
  • Math for Game Developers: Trigonometry, Vector Calculations, Transformation Matrices, Linear Interpolation, and more
  • Animation in 2-D and 3-D
  • Character development, creation and rigging
  • Agile Project Management for small and large teams
  • Teamwork: Team-centered, project-based, and creative problem solving
  • Game Jams: Industry aligned, streamlined, hard-deadline production learned through time-limited competitions
  • Self-directed, self-determined courses of study

Prerequisite: Successful completion of Algebra 1 with a "C" or better AND successful completion of Geometry with a "C" or better
