National Technical Honor Society
The National Technical Honor Society (NTHS) currently serves approximately 100,000 active members and nearly a million members since its inception in 1984. Awarding over two million in scholarships to date, NTHS honors the achievements of top Career Technical Education students, provides scholarships to encourage the pursuit of higher education and cultivates excellence in today’s highly competitive, skilled workforce.
For over 30 years, NTHS has been the acknowledged leader in recognizing outstanding student achievement in career and technical education.
Warren Tech National Technical Honor Society Requirements
Students with a 3.0 GPA or higher will be invited to an early fall meeting to explore joining NTHS. Those who maintain a cumulative weighted GPA of 3.0 or higher through their senior year and complete all NTHS requirements will receive a purple and silver cord to wear at their home high school graduation.
Requirements for membership in NTHS
📝 Submit the digitally signed contract by the specified deadline through our Google Classroom. The deadline can be found in the informational video, on the NTHS Google Classroom, or by contacting one of the sponsors
🗓️ Attend all NTHS meetings, watch the video meetings, complete assigned tasks, and submit them on the NTHS Google Classroom
🌍 Participate in at least four service projects and submit your documentation on the NTHS Google Classroom by March 1
💵 Apply for official membership and pay $40 dues by the end of the first semester
📚 Maintain a 3.0 cumulative, unweighted GPA through your senior year
